Had a good night sleep and had coffee with
Charlie. Got dressed and followed Sean and Tammy to the base. There were 150
people in attendance for Woody including his sister, brother and parents.
Friends from afar, Sharon's brothers, Tammy, CW's boys, and ourselves and
co-workers past and present. Lots of nice things said about his very impressive
career in the Air Force. Gifts were given and Philip was pleased with his syrup
and the twins liked their hats and scarves. We got a lovely family picture from
John & Sharon and a lot of income tax stuff. Meghan had jewellery orders
ready for me to bring home. We stopped at the Home Hardware Furniture Store in
Perth and bought an electric fireplace and mantle designed for a TV. We were
home at 6:30 pm.
